It is amazing to me that you wrote this, now, and made a comment on my blog, today, when I am experiencing a succession of moments that feel far from perfect, and am frozen in terror at what the consequences of the various ways I could react might be and how to know the best and right way? I know that the moments are independent of me or my reactions but still, a lot hangs upon how I react---not for the cosmos, but for my tiny life. I never read to the end of it, but this train of thought reminds me of a book by Pema Chodron that I started a few years ago. Thanks.
